Legendary experimental song-based collage noise band emerging from UCLA’s graduate art school in the early 1990s, consisting of Hector G. Romero, Doug Harvey, Colin Cook, and assorted guest performers, performing on a variety of instruments but generally including rhythm and electric guitars, trumpet, drums and drum machines, turntables, and electronics. Original material recorded and self-released on cassette. BAM magazine commented “ There’s only so much room in this world for weird artsy-rock. After all, the general public is now just barely tolerating groups like They Might Be Giants and Primus – both of which sound like the Jackson 5 compared to this bunch.”
